Curtainbox Theatre Co, Fourth Post

Yesterday I got to experience my first Theater Class for Children With Autism. I am one of four instructors for the class, which meets every Monday at 5:30 through August 8th. The class is a new challenge for me, and I look forward to using acting as a tool to help these children develop social skills and build confidence. In addition to the class, I have also taken on the responsibility of finding short scenes and monologues to be used in the adult acting classes, which has provided me with an excellent opportunity to read some plays.
